The Platform is owned and operated by Lotus Craft World, a traditional handicrafts enterprise based in Kerala, India, engaged in the design, creation, and sale of authentic Kerala craft products including nettipattam, vattapattam, mirror work items, thidamb, photo works, ceremonial crafts, and customized handmade creations.
Your use of the Platform and its services is governed by the following Terms of Use, including applicable policies which are incorporated herein by reference. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable policies of Lotus Craft World.

As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Lotus Craft World grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the Platform for personal and lawful purposes.

If you create an account on the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Lotus Craft World reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account and ensure you log out at the end of each session.
2. Services Offered
Lotus Craft World offers handcrafted traditional Kerala products through the Platform. These include, but are not limited to, nettipattam, vattapattam, decorative pattam variations, mirror work crafts, thidamb, photo-based works, ceremonial items, and customized handmade products.
Products may be purchased using the payment methods made available on the Platform. All purchases are subject to applicable policies such as cancellation, return, exchange, and shipping policies, which form an integral part of these Terms of Use.
As our products are handmade and often customized, slight variations in color, size, or finish are natural and are not considered defects. Product descriptions and images are provided for reference, and Lotus Craft World does not warrant that all content is entirely free of minor inaccuracies.
3. Platform for Transactions and Communication
The Platform serves as a medium to showcase and sell products created or sourced by Lotus Craft World. All transactions conducted through the Platform are governed by the terms stated herein.
Lotus Craft World makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely order processing and delivery but shall not be held liable for delays caused by external factors including courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing, availability, and product details are subject to change without notice. In the event of an error in pricing or product information, Lotus Craft World reserves the right to cancel or modify orders accordingly.
4. User Conduct and Platform Rules
You agree not to use the Platform to upload, publish, transmit, or share any content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Infringes intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others
