The Platform is owned and operated by Lotus Craft World, a traditional handicrafts business based in Kerala, India, engaged in the creation and sale of authentic Kerala handicraft products including nettipattam, vattapattam, decorative pattam variations, mirror work items, thidamb, photo works, ceremonial crafts, and customized handmade products.

Your use of the Platform and its services is governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"), including applicable policies which are incorporated herein by reference. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all associated policies of Lotus Craft World.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who accesses, browses, or makes a purchase on the Platform. The terms "Lotus Craft World", "We", "Us", or "Our" shall mean the owners and operators of the Platform.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Lotus Craft World grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for lawful purposes.

1. User Account, Password, and Security

If you create an account on the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Lotus Craft World reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information provided is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account and to ensure that you log out at the end of each session.

2. Services Offered

Lotus Craft World provides internet-based services through the Platform, enabling users to browse and purchase handmade traditional Kerala craft products ("Products"). These Products may be purchased using the payment methods made available on the Platform.

All purchases are subject to additional policies including cancellation, return, exchange, customization, and shipping policies, which form an integral part of these Terms of Use. As Products are handmade and may be customized, slight variations in size, color, or finish are natural and do not constitute defects.

Lotus Craft World does not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Platform are entirely accurate or error-free and assumes no liability in this regard.

3. Platform for Transactions and Communication

The Platform facilitates communication and transactions between Lotus Craft World and its customers. All commercial terms including pricing, payment methods, delivery timelines, warranties, and after-sales services are defined by Lotus Craft World.

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by external factors such as courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In case of pricing or typographical errors, Lotus Craft World reserves the right to cancel or modify orders.

At no time shall Lotus Craft World be deemed to hold any liability beyond the scope expressly stated in these Terms of Use.

4. User Conduct and Platform Rules

You agree that your use of the Platform shall strictly comply with applicable laws and shall not involve any activity that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights of others
• Is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Contains spam, malware, or harmful code
• Attempts unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Users engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities may have their access restricted or terminated at the sole discretion of Lotus Craft World.

5. Fraud Prevention and Order Cancellation

Lotus Craft World reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or bulk purchasing for resale. Orders may be classified as fraudulent if they involve invalid contact details, refusal to accept delivery, misuse of offers, or other activities intended to cause loss or disruption.

The Platform does not facilitate business-to-business transactions. Users seeking to claim input tax credit are advised not to transact through the Platform.

By using the Platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lotus Craft World from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms of Use.
