The Platform is owned and operated by Lotus Craft World, having its registered office at Varanam, Cherthala, Alappuzha District, Kerala, India (hereinafter referred to as “Lotus Craft World”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

Lotus Craft World offers handcrafted traditional products including, but not limited to, Nettipattam, Vattapattam, temple décor items, wall hangings, and customized craft works (“Products”).

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to the best of our knowledge. Since the products are handmade, minor variations in color, size, or design may occur and shall not be considered defects.

Orders may be subject to availability and confirmation. Custom-made products may require additional production time and are generally non-returnable unless damaged during transit.

3. Orders, Payments, and Delivery

All prices listed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice. Lotus Craft World reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or other unforeseen issues.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product type. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by logistics partners or external factors shall not be our liability.

4. Platform Usage and Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited activities. You shall not upload, share, or transmit any content that:

• Is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Violates intellectual property or privacy rights
• Promotes illegal or unethical activities
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Platform

Lotus Craft World reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Platform, including text, images, designs, logos, and product photographs, are the property of Lotus Craft World and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lotus Craft World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or products purchased through it. Use of the Platform is at the user’s own risk.

7. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
